Ingredients: 650 gr of fruit and 350 gr of sugar per kg.
This marmalade is a very labour intensive jam because you have to remove the pips and cut the rind thinly all by hand. Not to everyone’s taste but some people eat it on its own.
Perfect with chocolate cakes or toast at breakfast.
